As soon as the rooms are ready we send out a text message/email with the room number and door code and breakfast times. If there are any changes the guests are able to contact us at any time on the number in hotel/ the number that check in details where sent on booking.

We also have a small car park at the back of the hotel which is on a first parked basis. There is plenty of free parking all around the hotel with no time restrictions. The area directly in front of the hotel on Llandudno Promenade is paid for, on a metered basis by the local authority.
